Hammamet restaurants, best Hammamet restaurants, Yasmine Hammamet restaurants, restaurant guide & restaurant reviews.
There are lots of restaurants to choose from in and around both Hammamet and Yasmine Hammamet, you will be spoilt for choice, in the town centre there are a couple of restaurants on the top of the medina and about ten lining the beachfront plus lots more in the side streets behind that.
On the streatch of road between the town centre and Hammamet nord are lots of restaurants and the same between the town centre and Hammamet sud, the prices in even the best restaurants are very cheap by European standards and the food is excellent although it is best if you want a drink to have wine or beer because the spirits can be very expensive also there is not a smoking ban at all.
Sidi Slim in Hammamet sud is worth a visit, you will get your own personal waiter and the food is good, in Hammamet town centre is the Berber Fish Restaurant, fish is often on the menu in Tunisia and this restaurant does it well, Chez Achor is also good for fish, in Yasmine Hammamet there is the Restaurant Neptune which is on a boat in the PEK marina this is a night out in itself with good food and entertainment, also in Yasmine is the Macadam restaurant this is on the marina and has some great views and the food is good.
Most of the four and five star hotels have the normal buffet restaurant but they also have A La Carte restaurants as well and some of these are very good such as the one in the Royal Azure in Hammamet nord, here you will find a lavish decor not a lot of people and a piano player or traditional dancers.
